  • All of our products are custom-made to order, which means they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged.
  • As our products are made on demand, they cannot be returned or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. We appreciate your understanding.
Defective or Damaged Items:

    If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will gladly provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. There’s no need to return the defective item. Steps to Report a Defective Item:

      • Your order number.
      • Clear photos of the defective or damaged item showing the issue.
      • A brief description of the problem.

        Once we review your claim, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped directly to you or issue a refund if preferred.

          Lost or Undelivered Orders:

            If your order is lost in transit or undelivered, please contact us, and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
